Get Backers

Posted by nareshblog on February 28, 2008

Get Backers is one of my favorite anime shows. There are two main characters in this show. They are Ginji and Ban Mido (my fav.). Ban Mido, the one who is the best when it comes to fight. According to many others in this anime, he is a genius in battle. These two form the G and B of the GetBackers. Their work is to get back what the client loses. They don’t have luck with money and even though they solve the case they don’t get paid for that. Dr. Jackal is a great fighter and always likes to kill his opponents until he gets some word of advice from the soft and funny Ginji. Ban Mido has the special power with which he can make his opponent who sees his eyes to see a dream which lasts for one minute in real world. Thats the Evil Eye and he also has another power which is called the snakebite. Ginji is the lightening lord and can generate electricity from his body. He transforms into a more powerful man when his emotions go out of control.

I also like Dr. Jackal who has small knifes inside his body and he can control them even when they are in air. He likes to fight Ban and Gijni (in transformed state) more than other fighters. You can check the wikipedia article for other character informations. I am planning to download the entire GB series.

Fernando Alonso – Shining

Posted by nareshblog on September 20, 2007

Fernando alonsoFernando Alonso Díaz (born July 29, 1981 in Oviedo, Spain) is a Spanish Formula One racing driver and reigning, two-time, world champion.
On September 25, 2005 he won the World Driver’s Championship title at the age of 24 years and 58 days, thus breaking Emerson. Fittipaldi’s record of being the youngest F1 champion and is also the youngest double champion. He is nicknamed El Nano.As a child, Alonso and his father, who also doubled as his mechanic, participated in karting competitions around Spain. His family lacked the financial resources needed to develop a career in motorsport, but his victories guaranteed sponsorships and the required funds.
He won four Spanish championships in the junior category, in 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. He also won the Junior World Cup in 1996. He won the Spanish and Italian Inter-A titles in 1997 and finished second of the European Championship in 1998, winning the Spanish Inter-A title again.

For the 2005 season, he was joined at Renault by Italian Giancarlo Fisichella. At the first race in Australia Alonso started near the back due to rain in qualifying but fought his way to third. He won the next two races in Malaysia and Bahrain from pole position, and took a third win in the San Marino Grand Prix after a 13-laps battle with Michael Schumacher.

The Spaniard became the youngest Drivers’ Champion at the age of 24 years and 59 days old, breaking Emerson Fittipaldi’s record. He also ended the 5-year dominance of Michael Schumacher.

Commenting on his victory, he said: “I just want to dedicate this championship to my family, and all my close friends who have supported me through my career. Spain is not a country with an F1 culture, and we had to fight alone, every step of the way, to make this happen. A huge thank-you should also go to the team as well — they are the best in Formula One, and we have done this together. It will say that I am world champion, but we are all champions — and they deserve this.” In the May 2007 issue of F1 Racing, Alonso said that the 2005 Brazilian Grand Prix was his greatest race. He said, “It was a dream come true and a very emotional day. In the last few laps I leaped, thinking I could hear noises from the engine- from everywhere! But all was okay and I can remember my relief when I crossed the finish line.”

Never ever seen worst symposium like this!!!!!

Posted by nareshblog on September 4, 2007

I went to S.A Engineering college CSE symposium named TROY 2k7.  This is the worst symposium that i ever seen.  In registration there is around eighty people only registered.  We were late on that time, they told registration closed.  We argued and got registered.  The Ultimate comedy in the registration is, We were forced to select either Quiz or Debugging event and Adzap or Surprise Event,  Gaming event was kept open for all. NO college keeps restriction in participating in events but in this college they asked us to participate either quiz or debugging.  When we asked about this to there college students, they told that they dont want events to clash.(Whats the hell is this!!!).  That college students invited there friends from other colleges and they gave the prizes to them.  In quiz finals, they prepared questions for the five teams,  but one team has missed among five teams (similiarly to all events). They themselves issued the blank certificates to their friends itself.  This shows that there are many winners for a single event (it seems like kidding).  I have never ever seen this kind of worst symposium in my carrier.
